Program Outcomes (POs) of UG Programmes (B.A/B.COM)

PO1. Critical Thinking:
Development of Critical thinking is the prime outcome of any UG program which enables students to think logically, rationally and scientifically. She/he should not be prejudice to think over any events, ideas and understanding.
PO2. Effective Communication:
Effective communication should be developed in the students of UG Program. Speak, read, write and listen clearly in person and through electronic media in English and in one Indian language, and make meaning of the world by connecting people, ideas, books, media and technology.
PO3. Social Interaction:
Social interaction is needed to work better in the society. The students should be able for social interactions and working in various sections of the society.
PO4. Democratic Value:
Students should acquire democratic value and will be a responsible citizen of largest democracy in the world.
PO5. Ethics:
Recognize different value systems including your own, understand the moral dimensions of your decisions, and accept responsibility for them.
PO6. Environment and Sustainability:
Understand the issues of environmental contexts and sustainable development.

Business Mathematics CO22: The students are enabled to acquire minimum knowledge of Mathematics like Natural Numbers, Integers H.C.F. & L.C.M., Linear Equation with application, percentage, discount, commission & brokerage, average, simple & compound interest and ratio & proportion.

Course Outcome of Bachelor of Vocation (B.VOC.) in Financial Market and Services

As per UGC Guidelines For B.Voc. the Objectives of Bachelor of Vocation (B.VOC.) are as follows-

  • To provide judicious mix of skills relating to a profession and appropriate content of General Education.
  • To ensure that the students have adequate knowledge and skills, so that they are work ready at each exit point of the programme.
  • To provide flexibility to the students by means of pre-defined entry and multiple exit points.
  • To integrate NSQF within the undergraduate level of higher education in order to enhance employability of the graduates and meet industry requirements. Such graduates apart from meeting the needs of local and national industry are also expected to be equipped to become part of the global workforce.
  • To provide vertical mobility to students coming out of 10+2 with vocational subjects.

According to above Objectives of Course Outcome of Bachelor of Vocation (B.VOC.) in Financial Market and Services the course aims at familiarizing the students with the basic of Financial Market and Services and this course is to provide an understanding to Business Correspondent, Basics of banking Types of Banking Accounts Interest Rates, the basics of stock markets & market instruments, the structure of mutual funds in India, Offer Document, Form Filling – manual & Electronic, Different modes of investing, Types of Funds, Measuring risk and return of a fund, Financial Planning and Asset Allocation, Stock markets & market instruments , concepts of Income, Savings and Consumption, Financial Planning and Advising, Tax Planning , Insurance Planning, Preparation of a Financial Plan.

Course Outcome of Community College – Diploma in Accounting &Taxation

As per UGC Guidelines for Community College the Objectives of Community College are as follows-

  • To make higher education relevant to the learner and the community;
  • To integrate relevant skills into the higher education system;
  • To provide skill based education to students currently pursuing higher education but actually interested in entering the workforce at the earliest opportunity;
  • To provide employable and certifiable skills based on National Occupational Standards (NOSs) with necessary general education to Senior Secondary School pass-outs, with general education and /or vocational education background.

  • To offer bridge courses to certificate holders of general / vocational education, so as to bring them at par with appropriate NSQF level.
  • To provide entrepreneurial orientation along with required skill training for self-employment and entrepreneurship development.

According to above Objectives of Course Outcome of Community College – Diploma in Accounting & Taxation the course aims at familiarizing the students with the basic of Accounting &Taxation, Communication Skills, Applied Computer Skills, Introduction to Accountancy, Introduction to Taxes, Goods and Services Tax.
